You can make use of our Header/Footer feature to insert Date, Page Number into to your document. For more on this please refer to the tip here.
There is also a custom option available in Page Setup >> Header/Footer. You can use that to insert time.

Currently the owner has no way of finding the url of shared document. We will provide one in future. As of now, when you re-share the document with the email addresses the link will automatically be sent.

That helps a little, but it still can't be right. Possibly there is an error somewhere because when I give users an e-mail alias I receive a pop-up dialog box that says "Problem in adding alias."
Here's what I see that's confusing. Assume my domain is example.com and it has been validated properly. Further assume that I have created a new user named Test Guy and his email address is test@example.com
1) as the administrator I go into Control Panel/User(s) and see the "Name" Test Guy with the "Role" User and the "Email" test@example.com
2) if I click that user name I get the box with "Personal Details" and it shows the e-mail address as test@example.com
3) if I go into "Mail Administration" it shows the same user, but now with the email test@zoho.com and when I click on "Show Alias" it comes up as test@example.com
Does that describe correctly how a normal user should be set up?
Now I log out and log in as Test Guy. I first go into Settings/User Profile and set the Full Name to "Test Guy" and the Nick Name to "Test"
1) when I go into Settings/Mail Settings the tab to the right of "Common Settings" says test@zoho.com when it should have test@example.com
2) under the Common Settings tab the Mail Accounts says that my e-mail address is test@zoho.com when it should be test@example.com
I don't want my users to see, or attempt to use those zoho.com e-mail addresses - they should only see example.com e-mail addresses.
3) when I click Settings/My Email IDs it shows the proper e-mail address as test@example.com
Those 3 things would be merely confusing for users, but a real problem comes next.
4) when Test Guy sends an e-mail the From: and Return-Path: headers say test@zoho.com and there's nothing to indicate to the recipient that the message is from example.com
Am I doing something wrong, or is this really how the system works?

I was trying out Google chrome, it did not operate correctly with Zoho mail. I have since uninstalled Chrome.
Regarding the gmail set up, I have done this correctly but it will not retreive my mail from google to Zoho.
I know that it is not that important, I can always open both programs, but it would be nice if it did work.

I've just begun to try Zoho email and love what I see so far.
I've just added a second email account (my work account) and am receiving mail just fine. However, the work email is not currently set up in a way that I can use its smtp for sending from Zoho ....
So, is it possible to use Zoho's SMTP to send mail from a second email account? Or is there another solution you could recommend?

Hi!,
I had added my domain but I delete by mistake (wevxs.com) and now I can't add again  show me an error "Domain name already exists" and the site wevxs.business.zoho.com show me "Domain not available - You do not belong to this domain.Please check your portal URL again".
What I can do???? any Idea???

When you are in the on Edit ---> Validate section, you have access to both the user modified field values (e.g. input.FirstName) and the values in the Table's record (e.g. old.FirstName).
So, in this section you can compare these two values using the if command.
Hope this answers your question and meets your requirement.
Note for Support at ZOHO Creator ...
When scripting inside the On Add ---> Validate section, there is no way to access old.<FieldName> values ... which is understandable since by definition of "Adding a Record" there are no old values ... however, you might consider offering Script developers some way of accessing the Initial Values for Fields ... as specified while in Edit mode ... and set whenever a form is presented to the user to enter a new record ... could either be referenced as old.<FieldName> or something else like initial.<FieldName>

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you please let us know the view name, application name and also give us edit access for that application so that we can debug it. To give edit permission go to edit mode of the application and click on 'Share' tab and then click on 'Edit Access To Support'. Please revert to us once you have given the edit access. Please let us know the criteria you are trying to add and also what error you are getting while adding that criteria so that it will be easy for us to debug it.

Sorry that you are facing this issue.
1. Go to "MyAccount" at the top of the page.
2. Zoho Accounts opens up in new tab. Click on "Personal Information" from left panel.
3. Choose "English" as language.

I also need another "Accounts" tab. So I have customized the Solutions tab as a work-around, because I don't use it. The problem is the relationships; for example, on Inventory Templates, Quote Template, I can't get the "solutions" fields to merge.

In Zoho blog post, by conversation view, we actually mean threaded view. We are yet to support conversation view of your email similar to GMail. We have plans to support this feature, but could not commit the exact time frame on when this will be available. Please bear with us till then.

Hi,
We couldn't understand your use case thoroughly. Based on your query, we assume that you have searched for a specific time using the search and then saved the changes using the "Save Changes" option. And now you want to look at the entire data in the database and not the specific time slot alone.
For this, go to edit mode(Click "Edit this Application") --> Select the appropriate view from the menu that appears when you mouse over the "Views" tab in edit mode --> Click "Set Criteria" link on the left pane(This will show you the criteria condition on the left) --> Click the "-"(minus) symbol to the right of each condition and click "Done" to save your changes. Now go back to access your application and check the records.
Please correct us and elaborate on this if our assumption is wrong.
